At this time we ship everything USPS 2-Day Priority.
Most orders will be provided with a tracking number upon notification of shipping date.
2-Day Priority is just an estimate, not a guarantee that your package will arrive in 2 days.
Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to the wrong address that was given to us.
Because each product is made to order for you and only you, we do NOT offer REFUNDS. Laser Engraving is a permanent process; once the item is marked it cannot be undone, therefore it cannot be resold.
We do, however, want you to be 100% satisfied with your order so please contact us with any concerns that you may have. Doing so prior to your purchase will ensure that we alleviate any misconceptions or mistakes.
If we are to blame for a mistake made, that was clearly stated beforehand, we will replace the product with the corrected one at no charge to you.
Please make sure you read the item description, completely, to ensure that you are sure about what you are ordering. Items will not be refunded because of any issues that are explained within the disclaimer for that product.
Most orders will be completed and sent out within two weeks. We will notify you if your order requires more attention and takes longer to complete.
